Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great experience. The staff was really friendly and always available for us. We enjoyed the delicious food, especially the palak dal and we could even ask the chef to cook our favorite dish. The location was perfect for us, very convenient and easy to get around. the room services were great, Rahul was always prompt to help and make us feel comfortable.

The hotel seemed to be old and not well-maintained. The room we stayed in wasn’t properly cleaned, and the bedding and towels looked old and tired.

we recommend as we loved park inn gurgaon. a fine base for exploring gurgaon. we used free parking onsite.

We had a really classy and comfortable stay at this luxurious hotel. The room was surprisingly spacious and the rain shower was a nice touch. We also enjoyed ordering in-room dining, which was not only reasonably priced but also delicious. The hotel staff were very courteous and prompt, making us feel well taken care of. The location of this place near the market area was very convenient for us, and we also appreciated the fact that there was a swimming pool with a great view.

We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The room itself

The check-out took more than 30 minutes as the bank card swiper went wrong and only one of the connections were working. I asked them to see if we could use the one in the restaurant or bar, but they kept trying the one that didnt work. At the end it worked however besides a "sorry", nothing additional was done. I would have expected a free airport drop off or something after this trouble.

The hotel’s location was perfect for my business trip. It was only a short drive away from the conference center and had easy access to the airport. I also loved the complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of options, and the free Wi-Fi was fast and efficient.

The room I stayed in was a disappointment. Although it was listed as a business class room, it was quite dirty, especially the sofa and bathroom.

I liked that I got an upgrade, the room was very nice, clean, modern and comfortable. Internet is free.

My friend arrived later to the hotel and we were called by the reception at 11:30pm saying to register. At the end someone came up to the room and took his ID to make a photocopy of, plus they asked him to sign the paper. This is all fine but not at 11:30pm. They could have arranged all this next morning or earlier on the same day. I also didnt like that they called us to open our door so they can take the dishes; I should be the one calling them when to pick up and not the other way around.

Nothing, got bad experience of 4 star Hotel

No experience staff, they don't know how to care for customers. Not sufficient equipment like hair dryer having few and if they provide next day morning without looking at time knock or call for asking back hair dryer. Staff is very bad because hotel manager him self is not looks experienced and all are lazy. There is no value of money. No variety in breakfast, Not having proper information regarding city if you have any question. It's difficult to find person on reception after 11.00pm and you have to search. As per my experience it was very bad hotel in my life.

The room was spacious and had a large bed, perfect for a family. The staff upgraded our room for free. The location was good and the staff was nice. The hotel was classy and comfortable, with a great rain shower. The in-room dining was reasonable and delicious.

It was a pleasant surprise because this hotel had all the five star facilities and comfort you can seek.

Horrible location, very ugly approach, and no amentities. it was a very bad experience as they made us pay for a stain that was on their towel. the hotel staff was not trained to put an issue in a decent manner, the entire policy was put to us at awrong time, in awrong manner and at wrong place. never going to stay

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Gaurav from the F&B department who gave exceptional food recommendations. The room was spacious and clean, with decent WIFI. The food was delicious with 24-hour availability. The swimming pool had a great view and the reception area was grand.

Located in a peaceful area, this hotel offers comfortable and spacious rooms with excellent service. The Wi-Fi is strong and the café serves good food. The staff is incredibly welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The rooms are well-organized and the bathrooms are clean. The hotel also offers great recreational facilities.

The local area lacks any significant attractions and is a bit far from the major tourist sites.
